FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

EMPOWER by Potentia Workforce Aims To Drive Employee Engagement Through Embracing Neurodiversity

Houston, Texas – March 22, 2023 – Potentia Workforce, a leading consulting and recruiting firm specializing in Neurodiversity Employment, is proud to announce the launch of EMPOWER, a new program designed to help companies fully leverage the talents of their current workforce, with a particular focus on those who may be neurodistinct (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, PTSD, OCD to name a few).

Potentia is launching the program to help companies to develop and implement strategies for creating a workplace where all employees feel accepted and yes, empowered. Through EMPOWER, companies can build a more productive, aligned workplace through embracing the science of neurodiversity. Experts estimate that 25% or more of the adult population is neurodistinct.  Leaders build better businesses when they examine how their people think.

While some companies are seeking to provide employment opportunities to neurodistinct professionals through conduits like Potentia’s STARS program, most employers have no process to create a more neuroinclusive place to work for all employees.

Through surveys, workshops, one-on-one coaching, and support using Potentia’s years of expertise and proprietary tools, clients will develop strategies and systems to better support all employees, driving engagement, retention, productivity and innovation in the process.

“We are proud to launch EMPOWER to help companies unleash the full potential of their current workforce through embracing neurodiversity,” said Jeff Miller CEO of Potentia. “Our work on ND hiring programs has demonstrated to us that most companies have large neurodistinct populations that do not share who they are or what they may need for fear of stigma.  EMPOWER builds on years of experience and insights from the ND community and seeks to address and unlock that opportunity.  We are also very pleased to be able to offer these services to employers of all sizes.”

EMPOWER is now available and ready to help companies, both small and large, create a more inclusive workplace and tap into the power of diversity and inclusion.
